- Orders are sent directly after payment by email as PDF files.
- No shipping costs are charged.
Delivery of physical products
- Orders are shipped via DHL or PostNL, including track and trace code.
- Delivery time: 1–3 working days.
- Shipping costs: depending on size from €4.95, or free pickup in Ridderkerk by appointment.
