2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the PIENknits webshop.
3. Products
Pienknits sells:
- Digital knitting patterns (downloads)
- Handknitted, unique physical products
Images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in euros and include VAT (unless stated otherwise)
- Payment is accepted via: Wero, credit card and PayPal
- Payment is due immediately upon ordering
5. Delivery
Delivery of digital patterns
- Orders sent directly after payment by email as PDF.
- No shipping costs apply.
Delivery of physical products
- Orders are shipped via DHL or PostNL, with track and trace code.
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping costs: depending on size from €4.95, or free pick-up in Ridderkerk by appointment.
PIENknits is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
6. Right of withdrawal (physical products)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
Conditions:
- Product is unused and in its original condition
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded.
7. Exclusion of right of withdrawal (digital products)
For digital products (such as knitting patterns):
- The download starts immediately after purchase
- By purchasing, you agree that the product is delivered immediately
- You thereby waive your right of withdrawal
8. Intellectual property
All patterns and designs by PIENknits remain the property of PIENknits.
It is not permitted to:
- share patterns
- resell patterns
- publish patterns
Use is for personal use only.
9. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Do not hesitate to contact us at info@pienknits.com. We will respond within 14 days.
10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
11. Changes
PIENknits reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
